The Indian STEPs & Business Incubators Association (ISBA) is India’s national voice for incubation, acceleration, and innovation-support institutions.
Established in 2004 by Science & Technology Entrepreneur Parks (STEPs) and Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) supported by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, ISBA connects, guides, and strengthens 264+ incubators and accelerators embedded in academic institutions, research organizations, technology parks, and public–private partnerships.
Registered as a not-for-profit society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, ISBA exists to enable institutions to support entrepreneurs and innovation at scale.
