ISBA was founded by Science and Technology Entrepreneur Parks (STEPs) and Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) supported by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, ISBA works to help institutions support entrepreneurs and innovation at scale.
