Primary Membership
Criteria for Primary Membership
- DEDICATED space should be available with infrastructure, work spaces and other facilities for startup / incubatee companies – space should be atleast 5000 sq.ft.
- Supported by Department of Science & Technology (DST), Department of Bio Technology (DBT), MeiTy, Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) and other Central & State Government Departments / Ministries (sanction letter has to be provided at time of application).
- If not supported by above, then nomination letter from any two existing Primary Members of ISBA is required as per enclosed Format.
- The Incubation period (the time duration a startup / incubatee resides in Incubator) should be atleast 1 year.
PRIMARY MEMBERSHIP IS APPROVED BY GOVERNING BODY OF ISBA BASED ON ABOVE CRITERIA.
Annual Membership subscription
The annual membership fee is INR 25,000/- (GST @ 18% will be applicable)

- All communications from ISBA Secretariat are published through these channels. Members can also use the Whatsapp and Google Group for placing their information / news bits etc.
- NEW & COMING – ISBA will be starting an information platform this year which would serve to collate relevant and appropriate news and information for Incubators. Member contributions, achievements etc., would also be accommodated.
- Brief profiles of member organisations will be exclusively published in the website of ISBA (the feature is being introduced this year).
- Invitation along with special discounts to participate in the Annual Flagship Event – ISBA Annual Conference held every year that brings together National & International experts, stakeholders and incubation managers on one networking platform. Its currently the only event EXCLUSIVE for Incubators in the country.
- Access to all ISBA conducts events, workshops, and webinars – members can give suggestions on topics etc., jointly host such programmes, eligible for discounts in case of paid events
- ISBA conducts the Startup Enablers Training Series of programmes for Incubation Managers. These programmes are for Junior, Mid-level and Senior Incubation Managers. Invitations and discounts are offered to members.
- Involvement and participation with ISBA in activities related to advocacy and development of technology entrepreneurship in respective States and Country, where necessary.
- Assistance to sort out issues related to Incubation processes through Member Connect Programs.
- Members can contact ISBA Secretariat for help related to issues pertaining to grants, utilization certificates, PFMS modules, GST concessions etc.
- Startup Companies from member organisatons will be eligible to apply for the Annual ISBA Awards, which over the years has established itself as a value add for companies.
- ISBA is a member of Asian Association of Business Incubators (AABI) and also sponsors the Asia Pacific Journal of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (APJIE) published by AABI. Primary members are eligible for:(a)Nomination of TWO Incubators every year for AABI Best Incubator Award (b)Nomination of TWO startup companies for AABI Torch Entrepreneurship Award.
- Heads / Authorised representatives from Primary Member Organisations are eligible for contesting elections to the posts of Office Bearers (President & Vice President) and can also become Governing Body Members of ISBA. Tenure of each governing body is for 3 years.
Associate Membership
Criteria for Associate Members
Any organization that would qualify as a stake holder in the techno-entrepreneurship eco-system is welcome to become an Associate Member. Financial Institutions, Service providers (legal / financial etc.), Academic Institutions / Universities, R&D Labs / Centres, Industry Associations, Business Accelerators, Autonomous Government organisations, Registered Angel Networks, VC firms etc. can apply under this category

Sponsor Membership
This membership is for Industries and the Organizations who provide substantial financial support to ISBA for a period of 2 years
Honorary Membership
Individuals who have made significant contribution to Technology Entrepreneur Development, Incubation and Innovation would be invited by ISBA to be HONORARY MEMBERS.
Life Membership

LIFE MEMBERSHIP IS APPROVED BY GOVERNING BODY OF ISBA BASED ON ABOVE CRITERIA.
Life Membership subscription
Life Membership is valid for a tenure of 10 years.
The life membership fee is INR 2,00,000/- (GST @ 18% will be applicable).
Benefits of Life Membership
All the benefits applicable to Primary Membership is also applicable to Life Membership.
Terms & Conditions
- Membership can be applied as per ISBA’s Membership Categories and is valid for the financial year (April 1 – March 31) irrespective of the date of joining.
- Membership Fee must be paid in full at the time of joining/renewal.
- Benefits/Access are activated only after payment confirmation.
- Members must provide accurate details during registration.
- ISBA reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events, memberships, or services in case of unavoidable circumstances.
- All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Noida UP, courts, India
Privacy Policy
- ISBA values and protects your privacy.
- Information collected (name, contact, payment details) is used only for official purposes.
- Payments are processed securely through our gateway Virtual Community Platform Provider -Sanchi Connect (via Ease Buzz).
- ISBA does not store card, UPI, or banking credentials.
- Member data will never be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.
- By registering, members agree to receive official ISBA updates via email/SMS.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable and are applied strictly on a financial year basis (April–March), regardless of the date of joining.
- No cancellation or withdrawal of membership fees will be allowed once payment is made.
- In case of duplicate/failed transactions, the excess amount (excluding applicable charges) will be refunded within 15 working days, after verification.
Offline Payment Details
ISBA also facilitates offline payments for membership and sponsorship.
- Payment Modes Accepted: NEFT, RTGS, or Demand Draft (DD).
- Proforma Invoice: ISBA will share a Proforma Invoice along with the Bank details upon confirmation of membership
- Payment Process: Members/sponsors can make the payment through NEFT/RTGS transfer.
- Confirmation: After initiating the payment, members/sponsors are requested to share the transaction details (UTR number / DD details) with the ISBA Secretariat for reconciliation.
- Activation: Membership/sponsorship will be activated only after successful receipt of payment.
