At Gujarat University Startup and Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC), we are dedicated to creating a thriving ecosystem that fosters innovation and supports the growth of startups. Since our inception, we have empowered over 600 startups, creating more than 10,000 jobs and driving significant economic growth across sectors. As part of our commitment to inclusive entrepreneurship, we launched herSTART, a flagship program of GUSEC and Gujarat University aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs across India. With the support of our esteemed partners, including UNICEF, SBI Mutual Funds, and various state and central agencies, herSTART platform was formally inaugurated by the Hon'ble President of India in 2022. Having successfully completed three impactful editions, herSTART has supported over 315 women-led startups, generated 500+ job opportunities, and positively impacted 200,000 lives through innovative solutions. We are now thrilled to announce herSTART 4.0, the fourth cohort of this transformative program, which offers a wide range of resources and support specifically for women entrepreneurs, including: > Funding support through government grants up to 50 Lacs > Access to investments up to 2 Cr. > Up to $100,000 in cloud credits for digital support > Up to two years of incubation at GUSEC’s state-of-the-art facilities > Industry connections for networking and partnerships > Mentorship from experienced experts > Dedicated co-working space, and much more Apply now at www.herstart.in. The Climate Tech Accelerator is a high-impact, sector-focused initiative jointly launched by AIC GUSEC and the Indian Institute of Sustainability – Gujarat University, supported by Startup Gujarat and the Climate Change Department, Government of Gujarat, and in collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation. This program is designed to identify, support, and scale startups working on innovative technologies that address the urgent challenges of climate change. With a focus on sectors such as clean energy, regenerative agritech, carbon capture, green hydrogen, sustainable finance, and circular economy, the accelerator aims to empower climate-focused entrepreneurs through expert mentorship, targeted capacity building, market access, and funding support of up to ₹50 lakh for revenue-generating ventures. The program envisions catalyzing India's green transition by equipping startups with the resources, networks, and guidance required to build scalable, planet-positive solutions.
