ISBA launched the first Leadership Series on 30th December 2020 supported by DST, NSTEDB. The open house session aimed to develop the personal and business growth for an effective startup ecosystem, improve learning, keep themselves updated on economical upgrades and to be at par with the modern world by learning from successful mentors.
Mr. Bijay Shaoo, Group President, Strategic HR from Reliance Industries Ltd addressed the Incubators & the Startups. His advice to the participants was to engage themselves much more in reading, critical thinking and applying  thoughts into actions. He strongly holds the opinion about reading and thinking without applying serves no purpose.

2nd Lecture in the Leadership Lecture Series  with Dr Pramod Reddy.
TOPIC - "Open Innovation : Corporate -Start-ups engagement Dynamics"
Dr.Pramod Reddy,  former Senior Director of Business Development at Procter & Gamble (P & G). A PhD from Indian Institute of Science , Bangalore, Dr.Reddy had a stint of close to thirty years with P & G. His roles at P & G were Business Acceleration through Innovation. Partnership Transformation through Business Model Innovation, Investments & Acquisitions, Alternate Business Models to build Business and Business System Design & Execution.

A very inspiring and motivating talk on "Leadership Challenges In Turbulent Time" by Mr K Ramkumar | Founder | Leadership Centre, at the right time. The session raised the confidence among the participants to restore faith in humanity, insisted on the sense of humanity in leadership as a leader who creates real connections with their people and thus creates success for all and most of all his talk was applauded by the crowd for the words  "The human race would never fall until the existence of the last human".
